Prevailing Wage
Staff Resources, Inc. (SRI) has extensive knowledge of the Certified Payroll Requirements determined by the California Labor Code, Davis Bacon Act and Service Contract Act.
Certified payroll is a process of recording wages and benefits paid to an employee working on a state or government funded job. Typically common in the construction industry, certified payroll ensures that prevailing wages are paid in accordance to contract documents. Prevailing wages are determined through surveys and/or union information in particular areas. Prevailing wages include the hourly rate an employee must be paid and a cash value for fringe benefits.

- Request for Dispatch of Apprentices
- Certified Payroll Reports
- Training Fund Contributions
All documents are completed and submitted in a timely manner to the appropriate apprenticeship committee and general contractor. All records are kept at SRI, ready and available for inspection.
